If your decent at Acoustic then electrics will be easy. The strings on an Electric are thiner, the fret board is closer and the neck is thinner. In other words, compared to an acoustic, an electric is far less painfull on your hands.

The loop helps lock the string at the base of the guitar. Post a picture of your guitar (so I can see what model: it doesnt even have to be YOURS just one like it on the net) and i'll tell you how to re-string it. :D

It looks really good though. Nice and vintage like. Looks like a Fender model but if you got it when you were young then it's probably something like a Yamaha or Ibenez. <br/>

I have a huge amount of effects. Although my favourite is the Flanger, Deley and Phaser. Seriously, I'm a Pink Floyd'ist so these come in handy ALLOT ;).
