R hand pick pattern for "nostalgia" (wallender theme)?

Driving me nuts this! Emily Barker kindly put video on YouTube " how to play nostalgia" but can't get my head ( or my R hand!) round her pick pattern on the opening E chord shape.Think it sounds really good- the whole progression sounds good but I just can't get how she's doing it despite watching the video a million times!!
