Are there any guitar machines? Machines that play guitar 'sounds' rather than drum/cymbal/percussion/bass sounds?

probably the closest you will get ( for realistic sounds ) is a sample set..played via a sample player similar to kontakt. i've never seen a dedicated ' guitar machine '
