I'm off to Tokyo

Post by i-watermelon john »

Well, we'll be leaving in the morning. Haven't been there since the 70's. Time sure does fly fast. Hope to check out the guitar shops too! Hope to have some crazy pictures of downtown Tokyo to show you all.

Look forward to seeing the photos - how long will it take you to get there?

And is the purpose of your trip just for a short sightseeing holiday?

Well, back from Tokyo. 2 days in Tokyo was not enough, did take a few pictures, but none of guitar stores. We went to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Harajuku, (something like that). We had an enjoyable time. So many people, but for me I like the country life style where I live. Although I did ask the wife if would like to buy a house an hour our out of Tokyo area and she said "are you kidding". No! So now it is back to the Japanese countryside!
