any of you go jogging
just got back in from doing about 45 minutes worth

now I just hope I don't eat too much for dinner

Well done! I am not very good when it comes to exercise. I really should do more, however I would not choose to jog, I would prefer to cycle!

Yeah it's one of my big hobbies . . . ran a 10k race the Sunday before last and did my first-ever half-marathon in April.
