Adding MP3s to Posts

I think that I have this working OK now.

So if you would like to upload your own music feel free to do do. There should be a link above each post box. This will open a pop up window where you can browse to your MP3 file, and you can then upload it. On confirmation you will see the tag that you need to copy and paste into your post.

Few important points:

1) when you click upload I have not figured how to get the acknowledgement to show right away so, depending on your file size, you might not see anything happen for some minutes. You will eventually either get a confirmation or an error so hang on for it!

2)I have put a 10mb limit on this for now - I don't have infinite space on my server! If you do want to upload a file larger than this please let me know and I will see what can be done!

3)Please only upload your own music that does not own any copyrights owned by third parties. I do not fancy getting sued!

Get your recordings up here so we can hear you play! Here is a recording I did recently which was just a bit of fun taking some conversations from the night and adding them to music after.

I can't seem to upload using E9 browser. It won't say "copy" on the link. Does anyone else have that problem.

Can you elaborate further on what stage you get to?

Do you see the mp3 link once you have uploaded or do you not get that far?

I seem unable to upload any MP3s, It just keeps telling me upload failed. Can anyone help?

Hi Ricky,

I have the the same problem.. First it has to be in MP3 format, second I can only seem to do it off Internet explorer. I will PM you my E-mail If you send me the music file I will do it and I can send you back the link which is what you copy and past into the write message box

That would be cool. i have tried to upload MP3 format, but it just keeps rejecting it.........story of my life.
