400 gram of reg/bakery flour
7 quick shakes of salt
teaspoon of virgin olive oil
teaspoon of sugar
5 grams of dry yeast

I use can of tomatoes and spaghetti sauce with additional Italian herbs and spices

fresh green peppers
fresh garlic (on the dough, brush olive oil and mince garlic on it before putting on the toppings)
mushrooms
ground chicken (cook the ground chicken with a little olive oil, salt pepper and put some fennel seeds into it) yummie
cheese, these days people put what ever cheese they like, usually a mix cheese of mozzarella and who knows what else they put in it
cooking time
on a fast baking oven , bake for 18 minutes at 220 cent.
