most over rated guitarist???
rite im sure this topic will cause some debates....who is the most over-rated guitarist? my choice would ave to be noel gallagher

I dont agree with the RR comment though, not remotely, for his time when he came out, few could do what he did, and his thing was absolutely original, and today because of what he did there are so many guitarists doing runs straight out of his playbook everytime they run a legato line.
A hard act if not impossible to follow...

Looking for a new guitar that suits your needs? Support your local guitar shop while its still in business!
I am probably going to get a bit of stick, but Steve Vai, Malmsteen and most of the other speed guitarists as i find them very boring.I don`t like instrumentals which they specialise in.Talented, but boring.I find them better when they are with real bands and not just shredding for the sake of it.
