I don't and there are reasons for it. At one time I did play the real estate market to buy and upgrade our personal home and bought some land, all of which I ended up selling before moving overseas. Here is an article about the "new" stock market.

I did spend quite a lot of time trying to learn how to trade the markets.
Despite a lot of time and effort I had to give it up. This was because I did not have enough time to dedicate to it and also enough money to actually start correctly.
It is really interesting though and people can make (or likely lose) a lot!
