This speech is tops.
I like how she said I will not talk about the wiki leaks and says they are the guilty ones
This speech was so well crafted by the dept. of war psychology dept. that it has got to go down in history as the best speech ever. I like how she say's "our foreign policy is of public record", well it sure it true now , if it wasn't in the past
