Hi
I am new to this site, but was recommended to you.

I have stated singing recently and have bee asked to find a backing track for a particular song
Tennessee line by Daughtry

I am currently having vocal coaching and have been trying to find just a guitar track to this song.
Am I on the right forum. And is there anyone out there who can help.

Thanks

this is worth a try ...+ you can remove most of the vocal out of any song
there are also quite a number of sites offering custom backings that might be worth
exploring...shouldn't think they would be too expensive
try audacity first though

re : AUDACITY

pros: it will remove most of the vocals except any stereo fx ( esp reverb )
cons: it reduces the track to mono and will remove any other mono components which are panned centre
which unfortunately usually includes bass and certain low frequencies

but for getting a track to practice to it is certainly worth a try

it is a also good idea to get a really good quality stereo sound file to process...
copying from youtube or the internet is not recommended unless the sound is
DBX ( dogs )
