Olly - I keep meaning to ask - what is "user karma" and how does one increase it?

User karma is increased(or decreased) by someone clicking on the thumbs up or down image.

Usually I give karma to people who have written good posts though really - I guess it means nothing!

Consider it like reputation points I guess

I assume you have the thumbs up/thumbs down icon and it is not only reserved for site admin?
