I actually discovered today how to make shredded chicken tacos

yep, did it by accident

I always cut the chicken up into slices and that is how I've been making tacos all these years, now by accident I cooked the chicken in water with taco seasoning and let it cook for half an hour. Then I get a fork and just jab it until it breaks up into shreds. pretty cool
