Interesting article on cheese

I would like to say Japan is not really a cheese eating country until recently and it is so expensive here where take out pizza can run as high as $32 and they don't really taste all that great either

Heard this on NPR on the way home.
USDA Marketing department: "Eat more cheese!"
USDA Nutrition department: "Eat less cheese!"
Truth: Eat cheese. Just not too much.
