Topic: New to the forum

Hi, I have just joined the forum. I am 67 years old and started playing guitar at the age of 13. Eight years ago I decided to learn(as in re-learn the guitar) about classical music. Having played rock and roll and country for most of my life it was quite a change in technique, but has become well worth the experience. My guitar is a Jose Ramirez R4 that I play every day. I have been studying Sor, Ta'rrega, Bach, Carcassi, and Heitor Villalobos to name a few. I'm looking forward to meeting some other classical players and sharing our experiences.

Re: New to the forum

Hi and welcome to the forum. I have no experience in playing classical guitar but I love to listen to it.

What is your favourite piece of music and I will have a listen?
