Topic: Buzzing noise on bottom string, the one at the top.

I have the action lowered on my guitar, this was done at the shop where I bought it from. It has a Floyd Rose bridge with floating trem. This makes it a little easier for me to play with me slightly disabled left hand. Which was done in a dog attack while I was working as post man, I had 16 broken bones and 56 stitches. However, since the action has been lowered the bottom string now make a buzzing noise  I have had 9 gauge strings put on as recommended.

Any ideas how I can get read of the buzz.

Sounds like the action could have been set too low - does it happen on every fret or just a few? If it is just a few the truss rod may need adjusting - either way, it should go back to the store who adjusted it for you!

What a nasty incident to have happened. You hear about the dog chasing the postman but that is really nasty.

if you're fretting the strings OK ...yes.. take it back and get the shop to fix it
and check it out before accepting it back
