Topic: Arpeggio approach

Arpeggios are simple and very nice to play, they are formed by playing the 1st 3rd and the 5th notes of a scale on two octaves
and you can make yourself your arpeggios
Most common is 3string and 5 string, arpeggios
Plz add on your knowlegde of Arpegeggios over here , also if u have any question i will be happy to help you out

There are next to unlimited ways to bring new life to old arpeggios.
   Here's a trick where I use a 1-1-3-3 approach on a Aminor arpeggio, in
other words I play it like this 1-1-3-3, 2-2-4-4, 3-3-5-5,... and so
                                    on.

Re: Arpeggio approach

here's some simple arpeggios learned from my friend.
ok, let's take A minor as an example.
instead of clean plucking the full chords, try to run your finger and pick each notes in the full chords singularly. you can start from E5,A7,D7,G5,E5.
good luck!

Re: Arpeggio approach

I don't have any particular tips to playing arpeggios but I can tell you that it is VERY important if you want to become a good guitarist. It helps with your finger agility and speed and your picking.
