I never even knew there was a such a process.
I would definitely like my guitars to remain nice and shiny. Even though I try and prevent them, I would never really try to repair any chips or scratches as they can add character - however it depends where the damage was!
No - i prefer the "new" look, if they get roadworn (as if any of mine are in danger of that!) it can add charactor, but buying a "distressed" one doesn't make sense to me...
Although as an aside, a friend took it very well, when my rabbit grabbed hold of his bass and started to drag it across the floor.... So teeth marks must be ok too..

No - got out of the habit :-( Need to start again.... Last played on the bank holiday weekend, really need to start playing regularly again...
I play every day just seem to have got into the habit....I have found the backing tracks really good just to get you in that vibe... It seems to bring a new dimension to practice.
