Anyone learning (or teaching!) guitar will know how difficult it is getting your left hand in the right position... it's just so unnatural! So a friend of mine invented the Space Trainer, a simple guitar teaching aid to help get the hand position right.

It really works! And he's sold hundreds all around the world. default/smile

Spam is a real pain! I run a forum ( http://guitar-collector.org ) and also use phpbb. I found the best way to prevent spam is to ask a spam question on signup - e.g. "How many strings on a guitar". This simple think has proved to be much more reliable than Captcha codes and has cured my spam problem without upsetting posters. default/smile Still need to be vigilant though.

I'm a guitarist, guitar collector and general guitar nut.

I run several websites about guitars and have just set up a new one to promote a guitar teaching aid called the Space Trainer, invented by a friend of mine who is a guitar teacher. http://guitar-gizmo.com . It won't make our fortunes but hopefully will make life easier for guitar teachers and students.

If anyone else has a guitar-based invention they want to sell, let me know! default/big_smile
