OK, gotta add my backing-track-site to the list:
Its real recordings only, no midis involved there.
Styles vary from Blues, Jazz, Funk, Reggae, Rock... neat feature: you can post your recording and help big up the style varieties. Give it a shot, wont regret it, absolutely free thing.

Hi everyone!

I just went ahead registerring after I took a short look across the boards :-) Always nice to find some active pace where musicians meet!

Some things about me - I'm a self-taught JAck-of-all-trades, playing drums, bass, some gutiars and a little saxophone. I've been homerecoring for some ten years now. My favorite styles may be stated as reggae and funk stuff.

I'm always on the lookout for people willing to collaborate or share backing tracks, I have been recording many myself lately.

Last but not least I'll openly admit to being involved with http://www.wikiloops.com, a fresh free backing tracks resource where I have started some online collaborations.
I do tend to invite people there, respecting the forum rules I do not wish to offend anyone by doing so, so I'll try my best to shut up in time :-)

thanx for your read, cu around!

Dick
