Electric need to be linked to a guitar amp so you can listen to it's full potential.
Acoustic is similar to classic but has steel strings.
Classic has nylon strings.
To know which guitar to choose, normally people check out the guitars the guitar players of those genres use and buy one similar (don't ruin your bank on these, it only needs to belong to the same class and not price).

It sounds like you are struggling with a particular thing or two. What I would suggest is for you to practice just on those struggles from time to time. The most important thing is that you practice accuracy rather then speed. Because if you do it right, the speed will eventually catch up.

Hi.
The best way to go is to do what feels like will make you happier. Because, more important than everything is that you continue to want to play guitar. I know it sounds too simple but it's true. If you have something that you like, then it's a good choice.
Regarding guitar lessons, even though those sound like great courses, they are very broad and non directed to your needs and problems.
If you need any help on the guitar, let me know. I am a guitar teacher who helps students to learn how to play the guitar.
