I also found Adobe Audition the best available software for recording coz it offers advanced audio mixing, editing, and effects processing capabilities.

Re: First Song Played On Guitar (6 replies, posted in Guitars)
I couldn't even think about playing Hotel California when i started.I started with Riders On The Storm (The Doors). This is a kindda blues song. At least in terms of song structure. It consists of four verses and each one is twelve measures in length.so i found it easy to start with.

Re: Epiphone Wildkat (1 replies, posted in Guitars)
Hey Buddy. This choice depends on you as which kindda music you play. Wildkat is good for Jazz, Rock 'n' Roll, Punk, Blues. But she can't go with Hard Rock and Heavy Metal. She is very similar to Gibson 335. Wildkat has an exquisite voice that is clear and distinct. If you play old school Rock 'n' Roll and Jazz, this one is best for you.
