What's your estimated total cost of this build?

Think its about £275, most of the money as gone on having the neck custom built.

That's a hell of a lot of guitar, for that money,

And I'm sure it's going to sound sweet with the Wilkinsons,

This is a great thread James - I only imagine how cool it will be to have your own custom built guitar to play on!
It sure is going to be worth the effort judging by the pics.
I wouldn't really even know where to start with building my own!

I like 3 and 4 but I the extra design on the 3 will make it much more unique and original looking.

Ok so the body is done.
There is one mark were I have rubbed through but never mind.

Now its just waiting for neck so I can find the centre line and finish this build.
Any surgestons for a names for this guitar, I am drawn towards Dorris.

Stay tuned the build is back on, but the body has changed after I lost me temper and fixed the problem with the body with a chessel.

With the new body and chrome parts about £450, but wait till you see the body.

All pickups done it easy but boring. So its put it all together and see what happens.
