Name and Shame

I have posted this here in hope somebody might know this DIRT BAG..
The Biker community is a very tight community, It is full excitement
, has a good social scene, bikers always talk and pass the time of day with other bikers.....All in all where a nice bunch...even if we don't like the 5th column (Plod) and their speed detecting gadgets 
At the minute the biker community is up in arm and would like this person named and shamed......After Shacky burns won the British super bike series...he throw his boots to the crowed, one was caught by a 10 year old boy...This man is seen on CCTV approaching the 10 year old kid and punching him in the face and stealing the boot.....
