C tuning in 5ths

Hi All!
Would anyone be able to offer some advice on which string gauges work best for a guitar tuned in 5ths starting with the note C (2 tones below E on the 6th)
And,if yer feeling particularly brainy ditto as above but using the note B below E on the 6th !
