Are there any creators or programs or video series or anything out there that can teach me something I don't need to write down or practice outside of the video? Something I can listen to while doing chores. For an example an ear training series where a note is played and then it says the note and then it plays the same note across octaves to adjust your ears to the tonal relationship and then maybe does the same on another instrument like an E on guitar and then an E on piano to help conceptualize the difference of the same frequency in different mediums. Chords would work too but preferably only once I can accurately name individual notes and differentiate them from one another.

If you’re looking at ear training, consider checking out software like EarMaster or even the free version of Yousician. They offer listening exercises that can help you identify notes and chords without needing to interact too much. You can just let it play in the background and let your ears do the work.
