Stuck in a Songwriting Rut

Hey everyone, I've been trying to write some new material but I'm hitting a serious wall. I've got a few ideas but nothing seems to flow when I sit down with my guitar. I’ve tried changing up my environment, listening to different genres for inspiration, but it’s just not happening. Has anyone else been in this position? What do you do to kickstart your creativity when you're stuck? Any tips or tricks would be super helpful!
