I'm off to Tokyo

Well, we'll be leaving in the morning. Haven't been there since the 70's. Time sure does fly fast. Hope to check out the guitar shops too! Hope to have some crazy pictures of downtown Tokyo to show you all.

we are going by plane so maybe 1.5 hours something like that, we go to Haneda airport

yes and it is to celebrate our wedding aniversary of over ..... years (ok, I'm an old timer) met my wife in the 70's here in Tokyo

I understand there are many more foriegners now in Tokyo, actually when I live there you could count the number on 2 hands at Tokyo station, but like you said expect some changes

Well, back from Tokyo. 2 days in Tokyo was not enough, did take a few pictures, but none of guitar stores. We went to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Harajuku, (something like that). We had an enjoyable time. So many people, but for me I like the country life style where I live. Although I did ask the wife if would like to buy a house an hour our out of Tokyo area and she said "are you kidding". No! So now it is back to the Japanese countryside!
