My feelings are when people come into your country illegally you ship back immediately to their home country because if too many come in they will over take the common sence laws of immigration that exist in the country where there are illegally, just look at what is happening in America.

Hmmm, dunno John - what if someone enters illegally because they had to run away from home and leave their passport behind when the army broke in a shot their family or some such scenario?
