how important is it the learn the guitar  ' properly ' would you encourage a student
to play positionally or use his fingers willy nilly ie  'f*** the pinky i can reach with this finger '
imo this attitude stinks and any teacher endorsing this should be struck off

my only motorbike was a tiger cub( triumph )
after falling off due to black ice on the A34 and seeing an articulated lorries' wheels go past
about 12" from my nose i vowed never to get on a motor bike again ....and i haven't
i'd be happier playing a git with a 12" action at the twelfth

anyway i need an acoustic with an everlasting ' new string sound ' so wots the best
strings to get

No effect ...just the El Scarab full up to the nuts..

why dont you bung this on youtube

i know james as asked.. ..but could you do a separate vx and git track
so we could do a collaboration...if you use a metronome..and tune to standard
pitch for each track ( so theres no pitching issues )we might be able to get
a project up and running

ie set the tempo......record the song with just guitar ( no vocals...and in  time with the metronome )
then.....record the vocal and guitar .. (but with the guitar way in the background )...
at the same tempo

the two tracks could then be the basis for a project ( full backing )

hi lloyd...we've got one thing in common...the squier strat...mines japanese about 1990 modified with a
bridge humbucker..a fixed floyd ( blocked ..dont use the trem ) which is great for fine tuning...saves
messing with the machine heads when tweeking..its fitted with an earvana nut and onboard n-tune
fitted at the bridge tone position ...it's also is a great guitar to play.....the most comfortable git i've ever
used is the ovation breadwinner esp when sitting ( well thought out body contour )..i must admit
though i've always wanted ( and will get ) a les paul and/or a gibson ES225 ( wishful thinking)

thats 6 weeks for every person hes murdered

no wonder hes got an embedded smirk on his face

re links:
i'm into electronics professionally and hobby wise
....but £300 for a fuzz box thats OTT ...and the only mixers that ever crackled were
cheap crap...we're back onto the 'silver wire' and £10 capacitor fantasy island

keep yours sensibly priced and you've got to be on a winner
how much are yours selling for?

i think if you could get the price down a bit it should sell
as it sounds really good...go for a good solid metal box...no frills
having said that there will always be the punter that wants
the full monty...so more options ..more potential customers
you could promote a standard and a delux model

i use a zoom9150 so foot pedals aren't on my shopping list although i've
got a collection of boss/behringer etc i've accumuated over the centuries

anyway bet of luck and perhaps in the not so distant future  people will be saying
" i'm gigging tonight i better put a fresh battery in my JAMES'D' "

BTW(by the way) what does SHO and DAM stand for

has he got any git only tracks.......dont know about the vx??ermm!!

for sh!t hot beatles on guitar...goto

i use to love the days when you had just a battery and a starter motor
modern cars are that secure and maintainless that even the owners cant get in them

i lost my ignition key a couple of years ago and it cost me £100+ to get it sorted ( just for 2 keys )

it used to be ..a set of points ..4 spark plugs..check the timing and away you go

now its ......'youve got no chance mate...so get your hand in your arse pocket ..and i'll turn on
my oscilloscope and 4core pentium and pretend i know what im doing brigade'

the whole situation is sickening and you cant do f...all about it apart from post 2

bloody el james ....post us some more of your stomp box with some original licks...
.....anyway glad you're sorted....seems like garage mechanics are into pedals as well?????????
but they'll never master them like ripping off the gullible motorist

they say bankers are now the greedy bas*-***ds  of modern society
but they only come a poor second to garages

PS they still owe you £182 plus expenses

BLIMEY...theres only one thing to do ...get it back in for repair..set fire to the garage
and buy a new car with your insurance claim.......after smacking the owner in the gob
while seducing his wife and stamping on his cat
i thought i had problems with my ford fiasco...yours sounds like a skoda with a virus

Just because the price is friggin extortionate  doesn't mean that you can't still get the same SHIT in cheap jerseys. It totally depends on where you buy them, and you can even get them HERMOGONISED. Here are some ideas to help you remember what is available in sports related JUMPERS.

Basketball  reports fly around about who is going to be the top team, this year. But, that doesn't matter because you already have your favorite team lined up, and want a VEST to prove it. Being able to save money on buying a VEST like your number one player is REAL ARSE LICKING SO placE an order.

NFL ( NOTHING but FUCKEEN LOSERS ) Football season provides even more reason to buy a SHITE jersey. That someone could be very surprised if they found their favorite player's jersey tucked into their ****!!! this year. Considering you  have to spend a lot of money to buy it, makes it an even better idea for any occasion for remembering SOMEONE YOU'VE SHAFTED.

SO IF YOU WANT A PILE OF SHITE GOTO http://www.super-cheapjerseys.com/
