is that a seagull guitar

nice tune

I think a bit more background music would go well on that tune

we spend billions, well maybe trillions but we can't get the local support to put a real politician to solve the blight in our own back yard

this is an interesting article to read
I think people that can jar/can their food and grow some of it too are lucky

I really like the natural wood finish of electrics although a nice sunburst is nice too, but if I buy a new strat, I'll be looking for a natural wood (clear) finish

How often do you do gigs Polyal?

just on a saturday ..usually...rearly always pubs..the club scene pays more money but its
definately not a fun night out unless you like bingo and decibel meters

how many is there on the forum still playing in 5 piece bands regularly and making money i wonder
the whole local scene is diminishing due to the irresponsible behaviour of government policy
concerning alchohol prices and smoking restrictions...ruined the working mans social life in my opinion
ive  been on the other side of the microphone and seen it all crumble .. its a mess and a disgrace
shame on these people..what do other people think?

you mean you are not allowed to smoke in the bars there

that must be a bummer to have a drink, listen to live music and can't have a smoke

It's very raw guitar playing

I just used audacity and a $2 mic and only sung it a few times before recording it so ... , but since I'm more of a songwriter I just did what I could do

[mp3]/uploads/83d2cdd2d2c94c14dad810c2f335e3fc.mp3[/mp3]

sorry the file was a bit too big

olly the song is about 7 minutes long can you increase the size of file please

I think playing live would be the greatest thing to do if one has the talent
But for me I'm just a living room player and quite content with that

it works pretty well

now if you can add audio to this it is even better, that way we get a sense on how it sounds being played an there is an "add mp3 to post" on the forum too so try to use it. I just use Audacity and use that with tiny lick and it comes out just fine
