Anybody know anything about Unincorpartred Assosiations????

I don't and I have a exam on them in relation to the law and trust.

Proper hard...................... I give £4000000 to build a clubhouse on my land in Hawker Lane to the Huddersfield Hill Climbing Association.

Explain, how this can become a valid gift, apply relevant Law and  correct legal authority.

It all boils down to that the beneficiary has to be human...  There are what is known as the smattering of anonymous case's which include pets and monuments but they are not applicable here. However there is also the law of perpetuity.
