Collaborating with AI - Thoughts?

Post by sam54 »

I recently had a bad experience where someone used AI to change my song without my permission. It made me feel sick to my stomach. Is this common? Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Assuming you're the one who wrote this email, yeah this is completely not okay and your email is well-worded. Hopefully they do not touch your song further.

Only total choads make A.I. music. It takes away the personal touch and creativity that makes music special.

Not overreacting at all. AI has no place in creative work. It's a slap in the face to real human expression and creativity. Stick to collaborating with real people who appreciate your work.

I understand wanting validation for this and you handled the situation well. Moving forward, be careful who you collaborate with creatively. It's important to have trust and communication in any partnership.

It's insulting that someone would completely disregard your work by using AI to change it. Make sure to establish boundaries and expectations with collaborators in the future to avoid similar situations.
