First Open Mic Experience

Last night I did my first open mic, the guitar mic didn't work but I did my best with what I had. I completely butchered the third verse and had to repeat the second but I did end up enjoying it

Congrats! Doesn't it feel good to put yourself out there? That's a win no matter how you played, but it happens that you also did a good job. Next time, don't forget to relax and liven up a bit. I'm sure you had some nerves and that's totally normal, but cracking a little joke or telling a silly anecdote about the song at the start can help set the tone and ease the tension.

How was I to know it was an Amateur Autopsy Society’s meeting!
