Guitar Method Suggestions for Someone Needing Simplified Instructions

I need things spelled out for me slowly. I need lots of repetition. I need things dumbed down as much as possible. Can someone recommend a guitar method or tips for someone who struggles with mental acuity?

There are some great online resources like Justin Guitar that offer free lessons for beginners. Take advantage of those to improve your playing.

I have ADHD but I’ve stuck at it and am pretty happy with my ability now. I advise trying to learn an easy song start to finish. Just pick the simplest song you can think of that you like. Lots of YouTube lessons. You can slow down videos on YouTube to see or hear exact notes being played too.
