I’ve spent years in the world of music, but I still feel lost and disconnected. Any advice on how to truly understand and connect with music?

It's important to listen and feel the music, rather than just mechanically playing it. Embrace the mystery and beauty of music, and let it inspire you in your musical endeavors.

In my experience, there are just different types of learners/players, and there is a degree of natural talent that some people seem to have that others simply do not. You have to know your own strengths and weaknesses and use them to achieve your goals.

I believe the key is to find what truly makes you feel the music, not just execute it. Let the instrument become an extension of yourself and play from the heart.
