Who Are Your Top 3 Favorite Guitarists

Post by Jackson C »

1. Jimi Hendrix (dead at 27)
2. Tommy Bolin (a total original, dead at 24)
3. Roy Buchanan (dead at 47)

What a shame these innovators, who had so much to offer, had their lives cut tragically short. Who knows where they may have headed had they lived longer ?

I agree it is a shame but the legend will outlive all of us!

It is hard to name my 3 favourite as it does change quite often but I am a bit Joe Satriani fan, I really like the style of Slash and I admire the compositional skills of Brian May!

Define question more precisely :)
My Top 3 would differ depending on many aspects - sound, history, various skills, popularity, attractiveness.

Anyway,

Petrucci
Iommy
Myself :)
