Ok, I think most people these days have tried sushi at least once. But tonight we are having homemade sushi!

Yeah I love sushi. It's hard to come by the real stuff here; we have a few Japanese restaurants dotted around but they tend to be pretty expensive.

What's the price of a meal in a sushi bar like over there John?

At the rotating sushi bars, 2 peices of low end sushi run about ￥１３０or about $1.25 Usually one spends about ￥１０００per person and that really fills me up anyway. I don't really like to visit the rotating bars during the summer months though. Because of the enviroment. Fish doesn't seem to stay to fresh going around that bar for very long. And really the air conditioner is of no help. Just my opinion.
