Sounds good Kyle - looks like you might have found yourself a nice little niche in the market as I can definitely see how it could work out. If I had a decent song then my only choice would be to use EZdrummer, which is good, but I can't imagine it would ever be as good!

Hi and welcome

Has this something to do with Lick Library at all?

I like your idea actually - Unfortunately I have no songs that you could drum to however I intend to write some and I will certainly bear in mind your services,

do other people offer such services that you know of? i.e remote drummers?

Hi and welcome to the forum

Hi Rich

No worries about asking any questions - everyone here is really happy to help out.

Regular and often is better than one long stint then leaving it a week for sure.

Your fingers shouldn't be hurting for too much longer! They will very quickly adapt and soon you won't feel anything!

A guitar teacher is a good way to learn as it helps ensure you are not picking up bad habits but the internet is full of amazing resources and there is no reason why you cannot do it yourself!

What are your primary aims, what kind of music are you into and then we can help and guide you a bit!

I don't think I will ever be as big a fan as you are James - though could anyone?

Hi Richard

Welcome to you and sorry for the signup issues!

Congratulations on choosing to learn the guitar. I am sure you will find it very rewarding! What kind of music are you into?

Mine was just too cheap and went out of tune all the time and was in need of a good set up!

But the best things was it was an electric guitar, I was about 11 and it was totally the coolest thing to have!

Billy Sheehan is excellent. I saw him live when he was playing with Steve Vai

No worries - if you send it and I don't response then post on here!

Didn't receive any mail so far James - just let me know when you send it so I can watch out for it!

email them over to me - [email protected]

edit - well email one and I will find out why

What are you using for a mic/sound input?

I would also be interested to know this as well.

It really is amazing what phones can do these days. Look forward to hearing some more of your work!

Funny I have just been listening to Metallica when I came across this thread. I only really am familiar with the black album which is great!

Yes I messed around with it for a bit. I preferred to use Revalver which is a similar deal as I found the recording sounds better - I couldn't get anything great from guitar rig but id didn't mess with it for too long.

Does this mean we will start hearing some of your playing now you are hooked up to your pc?

Sounds good Mikey. I don't know much of Poison's work. Maybe I should check em out - what is a good song that I should download?

You have a nice collection going there James - there isn't much room on that sofa for your new addition when complete

No worries - I hope it helps you figure it out!

Actually I really did enjoy playing along to this one. It makes a great jam track.
