Hey everyone,
I’ve been playing guitar solo for a while now, mostly just jamming along to tracks or working on my skills in my bedroom. I’ve started to wonder if I’m missing out on something by not playing with other musicians. I mean, I’ve heard people rave about how collaborating can really boost your skills and creativity, but I’m not sure how much difference it actually makes in practice.
Has anyone here made that leap from solo playing to jamming with others? How did it change your playing style, and do you think it helped you grow as a guitarist? Any tips for easing into it if you’ve been a solo act for a long time? Cheers!
